Guidelines for a Great Stay
For a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable stay, please take a moment to review our park guidelines. Together, let’s make every visit to BATL Ranch RV Resort a great experience!
• All guests and visitors must follow park rules.
• Speed limit is 10 MPH – Please drive slowly to reduce dust and ensure safety.
• Notify the office of all guests and visitors and accompany them during their stay.
• Management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.
• Rules and policies are subject to change at any time.
• Be respectful, be considerate of your neighbor. Fines/Penalties/Removals will be enforced if guest guidelines are not respected.
• Check-In: 2:00 PM – 5:00 PM (latest arrival with confirmed booking: 8:30 PM)
• Check-Out: 11:30 AM
• Office Hours: Tuesday – Saturday, 10:00 AM – 5:30 PM (Closed Sunday & Monday)
• No parking on open or adjacent sites, roadways, or grassy areas between buddy sites.
• All guests must park in designated gravel areas.
• Vehicles parked in restricted areas may be towed at the owner’s expense.
• Quiet hours:
- Sunday – Thursday: 10:30 PM – 7:30 AM
- Friday – Saturday: 12:00 AM – 7:30 AM
• No loud music, disruptive behavior, or excessive noise.
• No lifeguard on duty – Swim at your own risk.
• No swimming in ponds.
• No glass containers allowed in the pool, pond, or dog park areas.
• Keep the pool area clean and trash-free.
• Pets must be leashed and under control at all times.
• Owners must clean up after their pets.
• No aggressive pets allowed.
• Pets cannot relieve themselves on other sites, roads, or near the office.
• Pets cannot be tethered outside (if pet owner is not present) and a metal kennel gate is required around your site area if you have dogs and must be approved by the office.
• All sites have 30/50 amp full hookups with free basic Wi-Fi.
• No ground disposal of grey/black water – prohibited by state law.
• Airtight sewer connections are required for all RV hookups.
• Wrecked or Damaged vehicles are not allowed and must be removed within 48-72 hours or will be towed.
• No weapons allowed on-site.
• Firearms must be kept inside RVs at all times.
• Live fire is only permitted during park events (management will provide notice).
• They must be with parent/adult at all times is under 16years old
• All buildings are smoke-free.
• Do not throw cigarette butts on the ground – dispose of them properly in a trash container.
• Guest information (mobile numbers, personal details, etc.) will never be shared with third parties for marketing.
• By providing your phone number, you consent to receive SMS/email notifications. Reply STOP to unsubscribe.
• For policy violations, penalties/fines/or removal will be enforced if continued issues.
• Contact the office with concerns—we strive to maintain a peaceful, friendly, and clean community.
